Do I need a prescription to purchase products at
your store?
We can sell nebulizer and TENS units only with
prescription. Other items can be purchased without
prescription but if you want your item to be covered
by insurance, a prescription is necessary. Insurance
doesn't cover every DM listed above.
Do you have Diabetic Shoes?
We have Diabetic Shoes and Heat Moldable Inserts for
Diabetic patients.
How does getting Diabetic Shoes work?
Diabetic patients who have been taking medication
for Diabetes for at least a year need to provide a
prescription from their primary care doctor (not
foot doctor, not PA, not NP) for 1 pair of Diabetic
shoes and 3 pairs of Diabetic inserts. The patient
is eligible every 13 months.
Are purchased items returnable or exchangeable?
All merchandise may be returned/exchanged within 14
days. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not
be accepted. No returns on commode, shower chair,
urinals, bed pans, Raised toilet seat, Ostomy,
Mattress, and all Special order items.
Do you do rentals of DME? Which kind?
We rent semi-electric hospital beds (Mattress
purchase required), lightweight wheelchairs.
